Absolutely horrible experience. I paid for a hand wash to avoid potential scratches and nicks frequently caused by automatic car washes. My vehicle was put through the automatic car wash by mistake, resulting in scratches. The manager apologized, while also attempting to convince me that the scratches were there before the car was washed. I explained that, in fact, they were not. I purchased the car one month ago, inspected it thoroughly before purchasing it, and today was its first wash.They attempted to buff out the new and obvious scratches caused by the automatic machine. I was refunded $10 ($35 for hand wash, $25 for automatic).While on the drive home, I noticed a chip on my windshield that was absolutely not there before taking my car to this car wash! Do not trust this company to take good care of your vehicle.

I recently visited Citi Car Wash and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The customer service was top-notch from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns I had. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. They offer a wide range of packages I opted for their Mini detail package, which included a thorough exterior wash, interior cleaning, and a meticulous detailing. I was impressed by the attention to detail they put into their work. Not a spot or speck of dirt was missed, and my car looked as good as new. The interior cleaning exceeded my expectations, with every nook and cranny spotless and fresh. The team clearly takes pride in their work. Thank you Citi Car wash ill definitely be back 😁

I came in at 12:41 p.m I paid 100$ for mini detail special they have 02:03PM . It look like they were almost done with my truck. I went to go ask one of the employees if it was almost ready he lied to me and said he's barely been working on it for 20 minutes with the worst attitude I had ever experienced. The employee look like he was not happy and didn't care about his job. The last words the employee told me we're if you liked you could just take your truck you already paid. I asked to speak to his manager and his manager just looked at him and said to finish the truck for I could leave. I had never experienced this type of disrespect and low customer service. One-hundred-percent I will never come back here.

One of the better, of the few remaining full car wash company’s in Glendale. $15.99 car wash special M-Th 8am - 10am. Otherwise, prices start at $20. Check their website for other coupon specials. Free car wash when you have them do an oil change. Plenty of seating areas inside and outside. They also have a small cafe for hungry peeps, but not always open.

Unfortunately didn't have a great experience today. Started normally, I rolled up and the guy greeted me kindly and asked me what wash I wanted. I selected the $35 (or so) wash but he correctly pointed out that my car was quite dirty and he would recommend a more expensive wash with wax for $60. I thought for a second and agreed; successful up-selling.The wait was alright, plenty of space to sit and watch. Things were looking good, from a distance it looked like they were doing a great job and I thought I'd make this my regular spot.However, the attention to detail of my more expensive, $60 clean was just not there. I've attached images which don't even show the full extent to which raw wax was left, water stains were everywhere, dirt was still visible. Judge for yourself, but personally I expect a more detailed clean for $60.I will edit this review if I hear back and am able to get some of this sorted out. Then I really wouldn't mind going here, it's a pretty stress-free experience -- if the wash matched the wait and rate.
